Prakash Lal Tejwani is an experienced insurance and business development professional who has been with Compass since May 2015. He began his career by building strong personal relationships with clients before progressing into sales and business development, where he has consistently worked toward ambitious targets and contributed to the company’s growth.
In his current role as Business Development Manager, Prakash focuses on developing corporate opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering insurance solutions aligned with clients’ business and protection needs. His approach combines persistence, relationship-building, and a strong commitment to achieving measurable results.
Prakash has built a strong record of sales performance and recognition over the years. He achieved Fourth Runner-Up positions in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and was also recognised with a Top Sales Award in 2022 and a Top Sales Certificate of Appreciation in 2023. In 2025, he became the first advisor to qualify for the contest after securing a Jambolife Pro policy with a sum assured of USD 5,000,000. He also qualified for Jumbo Life in the same year, further reflecting his consistency, determination, and contribution to the business.
